Story
It is a Tamil movie that connects two timelines. In the present, Francis Theodore, a bounty hunter in Goa, meets Zeta, a young girl escaping from a Russian lab. While protecting her from dangerous enemies, Francis starts seeing visions of his past life.
In those flashbacks, he is Kanguva, a brave tribal warrior from 1070 AD. The story reveals his bond with a boy named Poruva and how betrayal and sacrifice shaped their lives.

As the movie failed to meet fans’ expectations, the box office performance was equally disappointing. With an estimated budget of ₹300–350 crore, it managed to generate only ₹106 crore, which is a total disaster.

My Overall Experience
I entered the theater with high expectations, but unfortunately, the movie failed to surpass them. In the first half, there were way too many unnecessary comedy scenes, which were poorly executed and didn’t land well.
Although the story and suspense slightly improved in the second half, I still didn’t enjoy the overall experience. Additionally, the VFX work in many scenes felt below average and failed to impress.
Overall, my experience with this movie was disappointing, and I’m openly sharing this with anyone reading this article. However, if you’re someone who enjoys action and rebirth-themed stories, you might want to give it a try—but there’s no guarantee you’ll like it.
